You’d be better off food wise going to Chipotle, which I am not a particular fan of though it’ll do in a pinch. Tortilla chips that appeared to be out of a bag were included with the meal but didn’t add much to it. Fillers like black beans and rice were fine but overall the burrito lacked flavor. I ordered guacamole and there might have been some in the burrito but I can’t really be sure. The pieces of steak lacked meaty/chargrilled flavor and were too thick and rather rubbery. of a burrito snob, and the steak burrito I had here was large but that’s about the only positive thing I can say about it. Having lived quite awhile in San Diego, I am something. Tijuana Flats has a colorful, vibrant decor and very friendly and helpful staff but falls down when it comes to the food.
Needed to fill a burrito craving while on a business trip to JAX. Restaurants with Outdoor Seating in Jacksonville.
